Data Analyst - forecasting (Fresno, CA)

Greenridge Bridge Care Services Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in caregiver training and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on care plans. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
