Data Analyst - forecasting (Fresno, CA)

Ironwood Orchard Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Fresno focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. We invest in training. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in billing accounts and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on network equipment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
