Data Analyst - forecasting (Fresno, CA)

Foxglove Kestrel Auto Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in warranty claims and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on vehicle inspections. • Python or R for analysis.
