Data Analyst - forecasting (Fresno, CA)

Lumen Clear Telecom is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in service installations and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on customer tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
