Data Analyst - forecasting (Fort Worth, TX)

Foxglove Sparrow Care Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on client records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
