Data Analyst - forecasting (El Paso, TX)

Redstone Pike Community Partners runs community programmes across El Paso, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 176 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in donor records and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
