Data Analyst - forecasting (El Paso, TX)

Redstone Umber Hospitality Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Investigate trends in supplier orders and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on food costs. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
