Data Analyst - forecasting (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Northwind Glen Care Services and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in licensing and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on care plans. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
