Data Analyst - forecasting (El Paso, TX)

Lumen Beacon Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across El Paso, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 125 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in maintenance stores and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on resident services. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
