Data Analyst - forecasting (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Glen Health Partners and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in patient education and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
