Data Analyst - forecasting (Detroit, MI)

Greenridge Keystone Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Detroit with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 998 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in service complaints and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
