Data Analyst - forecasting (Des Moines, IA)

Highbridge Harbor Farms is an agricultural business based around Des Moines. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 183 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in seasonal crews and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
