Data Analyst - forecasting (Denver, CO)

Bright Fern Care Services provides in-home and community support in Denver, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Investigate trends in client records and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on visit scheduling. • Python or R for analysis.
