Data Analyst - forecasting (Denver, CO)

Fernwood Yarrow Foods is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Investigate trends in allergen controls and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on cold storage. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
