Data Analyst - forecasting (Denver, CO)

Bright Bridge Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Denver working with agencies and riders, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Denver. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in service alerts and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on ridership counts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
