Data Analyst - forecasting (Dallas, TX)

Foxglove Glen Facilities Group looks after properties across the Dallas region, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Investigate trends in contractor visits and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on safety inspections. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
