Data Analyst - forecasting (Columbus, OH)

Summit Field Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Columbus region, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in candidate screening and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on onboarding. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
