Data Analyst - forecasting (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Field Markets and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
