Data Analyst - forecasting (Columbus, OH)

Rivermark Granite Staffing Group is a Columbus staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in timekeeping and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on candidate screening. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
