Data Analyst - forecasting (Columbus, OH)

Nova North Staffing is a Columbus staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in client orders and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on temp assignments. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
