Data Analyst - forecasting (Columbus, OH)

Clearpath Sparrow Farms is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in field records and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on cold storage. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
