Data Analyst - forecasting (Colorado Springs, CO)

Harborlight Banking Services Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in deposit accounts and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
