Data Analyst - forecasting (Colorado Springs, CO)

Clearpath Meridian Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Colorado Springs serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in account openings and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on fraud alerts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
