Data Analyst - forecasting (Colorado Springs, CO)

Amberfield Quarry Care Services provides in-home and community support in Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on licensing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
