Data Analyst - forecasting (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Lumen Wilder Learning Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in enrolment and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on learning materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
