Data Analyst - forecasting (Cleveland, OH)

Silverline Willow Manufacturing makes precision components in Cleveland, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Investigate trends in tooling and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on work orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
