Data Analyst - forecasting (Cleveland, OH)

Northwind Union Health is a healthcare provider in Cleveland with clinics and support teams, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in electronic records and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on insurance authorisations. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
