Data Analyst - forecasting (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Quarry Care Services and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 894 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in care plans and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on visit scheduling. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
