Data Analyst - forecasting (Cincinnati, OH)

Lumen Cedar Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Cincinnati. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 110 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in cleaning schedules and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on contractor visits. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
