Data Analyst - forecasting (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Lumen Union Civic Services Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on public records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
