Data Analyst - forecasting (Cincinnati, OH)

Fernwood Meadow Financial serves customers across Cincinnati with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 359 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in account servicing and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on payment disputes. • Python or R for analysis.
