Data Analyst - forecasting (Chicago, IL)

Stonegate Corner Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Chicago area, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on enrolment. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
