Data Analyst - forecasting (Chicago, IL)

Clearpath Ivory Foods Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for ingredient orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in ingredient orders and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
