Data Analyst - forecasting (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Field Housing and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Investigate trends in waiting lists and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
