Data Analyst - forecasting (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Umber Facilities and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 758 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in contractor visits and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on cleaning schedules. • Python or R for analysis.
