Data Analyst - forecasting (Charlotte, NC)

Clearpath Ivory Facilities looks after properties across the Charlotte region. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in cleaning schedules and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on work orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
