Data Analyst - forecasting (Charlotte, NC)

Lumen Field Markets Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on supplier deliveries. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
