Data Analyst - forecasting (Charlotte, NC)

Highbridge Rook Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Charlotte, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in change orders and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on project schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
