Data Analyst - forecasting (Charleston, SC)

Stonegate Drift Health is a healthcare provider in Charleston with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in referrals and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on clinic supplies. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
