Data Analyst - forecasting (Buffalo, NY)

Greenridge Basin Health Group is a healthcare provider in Buffalo with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 416 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in patient scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on electronic records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
