Data Analyst - forecasting (Buffalo, NY)

Bluepeak Corner Pharma is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on quality documentation. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
