Data Analyst - forecasting (Buffalo, NY)

Bluepeak Cross Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Buffalo, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Investigate trends in work orders and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on customer sites. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
