Data Analyst - forecasting (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Nest Auto Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Investigate trends in service appointments and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on vehicle inspections. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
