Data Analyst - forecasting (Boston, MA)

Harborlight Meridian Legal Group Partners is a law firm in Boston serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in court deadlines and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on client files. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
