Data Analyst - forecasting (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Wren Telecom and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 89 people based in Boise. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in network equipment and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on customer tickets. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
