Data Analyst - forecasting (Boise, ID)

Harborlight Ember Property Management is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Boise. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in resident events and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
