Data Analyst - forecasting (Boise, ID)

Stonegate Orchard Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Boise. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Boise. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in caregiver training and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on family communication. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
