Data Analyst - forecasting (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Basin Health Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in patient scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on referrals. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
