Data Analyst - forecasting (Baltimore, MD)

Redstone Field Staffing Group is a Baltimore staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in onboarding and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on client orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
