Data Analyst - forecasting (Baltimore, MD)

Highbridge Vale Medical designs and makes medical devices in Baltimore, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in production lots and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on training materials. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
